Day 3 – 13th April 2026 | Zurich → Interlaken

Day 4 – 14th April 2026 | Interlaken – Lucerne Excursion

Day 5 – 15th April 2026 | Interlaken → Paris, France

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking for the tour, payments must be made as per the following schedule:

  • 1st Instalment: 25% of the total package cost at the time of booking (non-refundable deposit).
  • 2nd Instalment: 25% of the total package cost to be paid by 15th December 2025.
  • 3rd Instalment: Balance 50% of the total package cost to be paid by 20th January 2026

Note:

  • The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the first instalment.
  • Timely payment of subsequent instalments is mandatory to ensure confirmed reservations.
  • Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in cancellation of the booking as per the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy applies to the tour departing on 11th Apr 2026.

  • Any time after booking – 10% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled on or before 10th January 2026.
  • From 11th January 2026 to 10th February 2026 – 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • From 11th February 2026 to 25th February 2026 – 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • From 26th February 2026 to 10th March 2026 – 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • From 11th March 2026 onwards – 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • These are non-refundable amounts as per the current components attached. In the case of component change/modifications, the policy will change accordingly.
  • Please note, TCS once collected cannot be refunded in case of any cancellation / modification. You can claim the TCS amount as adjustment against Income Tax payable at the time of filing the return of income.
  • Cancellation charges shown is exclusive of all taxes and taxes will be added as per applicable.

Please note:

Airline: We shall recommend convenient airlines and if required we shall book or assist for booking.

Transport: For transfers and sightseeing we use comfortable AC coaches depending on the respective tour group size.

Sightseeing attraction: Given the current dynamic situation, some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice. Sometimes due to rush or changes in the reservation system, entrance to the sightseeing attractions may be unavailable; in such cases, every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing place if possible or refund of the entry fee will be given.

Hotels: The hotels on tour are comfortable and have been appreciated by Trails of Travel’s guests in the past.

Room Sharing: Sometimes, two single unfamiliar travelers (gender – alike) share a room, should read the instruction paper along with the terms & conditions and abide by the same.

Meals: Generally, meals are provided in the restaurants. On certain occasions, packed meals will be provided for the ease of itinerary operation/sightseeing.

Breakfasts are generally continental on European tours, whereas, lunches and dinners are Indian.
